Product Overview

The Jetson Orin Radiator is a high-performance all-metal cooling solution purpose-built for the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX SUPER and Jetson Orin Nano SUPER developer kits. It integrates a PWM speed-controlled cooling fan inside a full-metal aluminum heatsink and pairs tightly with the carrier board through included thermal paste, delivering outstanding thermal management so your Orin can release its full performance steadily. With a compact footprint, precisely aligned mounting holes, and a complete installation kit included, it is the ideal cooling companion for robotics, edge AI, and high-load embedded development.

  • Compatible with Jetson Orin NX / Nano SUPER

    Supports both the Jetson Orin NX SUPER and Jetson Orin Nano SUPER, with precisely aligned mounting holes for a firm, snug fit. Note that it is not compatible with the Jetson Nano B01, as its hole pitch and dimensions do not match.

  • Built-in PWM Speed-Control Fan

    An integrated PWM speed-control cooling fan automatically adjusts its speed according to the carrier board load, delivering lower noise and quieter operation while balancing cooling efficiency with a silent experience.

  • Excellent Cooling Performance

    The full-metal black heatsink embeds a cooling fan and makes close contact with the carrier board through thermal paste for excellent heat conduction. The screw-fixed mounting method makes disassembly and reassembly quick and simple.

  • Premium Silent Ball-Bearing Fan

    Featuring a premium silent ball-bearing fan with a long service life, backed by up to 50,000 hours of quality assurance. Ordinary hydraulic fans last only about 5,000 hours, and high heatsink temperatures evaporate the fan lubricant, shortening lifespan and causing noise. The ball-bearing fan lasts up to 50,000 hours and is unaffected by high temperatures, remaining stable and quiet even under prolonged high-load operation.

  • Thermal Paste Included

    A syringe of thermal paste is included to help you apply it evenly onto the heatsink. Its excellent thermal conductivity quickly transfers heat from the module to the radiator, accelerating heat dissipation.

  • Secure & Tidy Installation

    The radiator is fixed to the carrier board using the included cross-shaped spring clips and 4 height-limiting screws, ensuring a stable and neat installation with a clean underside. The spring clips fit closely to the board with tidy cable routing, while the fan faces upward to cool the core chip area.

  • Plug-and-Play 4-Pin Power Interface

    The Jetson Orin NX SUPER and Jetson Orin Nano SUPER developer kits come with a built-in 4-pin fan header that supports PWM speed-control cooling fans, allowing plug-and-play installation.
